Refund Policy

Refunds of Service Fees and Value-Added Services Fees will only be considered where the Applicant complies with the Refund Eligibility Criteria. If the Applicant fails to meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, Lushbridge Global shall have the right in its sole discretion to decline the request for a Refund.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

In case, the candidate’s application is rejected by the concerned authority , an email will be sent to notify the candidate, Kindly note that if your application gets rejected in case of a documentation error at our end, you can make a claim directly to us by sending an email to info@lushbridgeglobal.com. However, in case, applicant’s application is rejected on grounds of wrong information provided by them, payment will not be refunded.

 

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment made for the Services or Value-Added Services. For example, if payment was made with a credit or debit card, the refund will also be made to the same credit or debit card.

Refund Processing Timeline

A Refund of Service Fees or Value-Added Services Fee may be processed within fifteen (15) working days from the date of notifying the Applicant of the refund decision.
